Skin care is basic to extend the healthy beauty of your face and is your presentation card, the first thing that most people notice when they meet you. Most people rely on face creams to help with aging and stretch marks and although these are good they forget the benefits of stretching exercises which oxygenate your cells allowing toxins to leave through the pores.

There are a number of popular cosmetic treatments performed on a regular basis including, liposuction, breast enhancement, Rhinoplasty and ‘tummy tucks' but the most common is a facelift.

The correct term for a facelift is Rhytidectomy which is designed to remove signs of aging from the face including wrinkles. The basis of a facelift is quite simple; the skin is pulled tight over the face making the skin look smooth and youthful again.

One example of facial treatment is Micropigmentation which is used to increase definition around the eyes, eyebrows and lips giving the face a more alert and attractive look. It is always worth remembering that, although cosmetic surgery may change your appearance and give you the confidence to face the world with a whole new attitude, it doesn't change who you "really" are inside.
