If it is too difficult then don’t do it, then it was your choice. Have a look at the older celebs, they look fabulous for their age. They do all of these things to the T. Sure they have dietitians and fitness gurus to help them, but hey you can do this. They have to look good that’s their career. Common you will be able to do this. Right?

The Outside In
