Before those stores bought chemical based facial masks and creams, there were the all-natural homemade herbal mixtures, that many women long ago knew worked through personal experience. There can only be positive results of pure natural masks and creams, with no side-effects from chemical harshness to worry about. There will also only be a savings with natural facial masks and creams made at home, especially when compared to the more expensive chemical based products.

Facial masks are wonderful for not only cleansing your skin, but to also maintain an overall facial firmness. Homemade facial masks and creams can be conveniently made from fresh herbs, fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, honey, yogurt and numerous purely natural ingredients found in your kitchen. For a long lasting fresh glow, take 3 tablespoons of pure tomato juice, mix in 25 grams of plain yogurt, and then mix with fifty grams of cooled, cooked oatmeal. Apply the combined mixtures of paste all over your face and neck area, and let sit for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, gently rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat dry.

For some other quick all-natural skin cleansing and softening methods, there are honey cleansing scrubs, grape cleansers, banana masks, apple masks, orange masks, avocado masks, and so many more to easily accommodate your needs in keeping your skin lusciously gorgeous. To show how quick and simple these home remedies can be, for facial skin cleansing, pop open two or three grapes and rub all over your face and neck, and then rinse with warm water. The inside of grapes makes a great facial cleanser. Another fast, but yet very effective cleanser and moisturizer is to combine pure honey and cooked oatmeal, gently rub into skin and then rinse. You can also skin cleanser is to mix 2 tablespoons of pure lemon juice and 1 table spoon of honey. Rub gently all over your face and neck, and then rinse with warm water.
