What Vitamins Should I Take For Young Skin?

Suffering from dry patchy skin or dry itchy skin? Well, there are skin vitamins that are very helpful for dry skin and aging skin. The most important one is fish oil - often called omega-3-fatty-acids. Fish Oil is one of the easiest and natural home remedy for skin moisturizer. It's also effective for relieving dry skin patches and keeping your skin younger.
Fish oil often called (omega-3-fatty-acids) reduces inflammation and irritation so this combination of regulated oils and reduce inflammation makes this an excellent vitamin for not only dry skin itchy skin, but also for those who suffer from eczema, psoriasis, and Acne. Many people don't know that there is a strong connection between the main components of fish oil (EPA and DHA) and their role in creating "good" prostaglandins which are absolutely necessary for younger, healthier, hydrated skin.
Prostaglandins are a hormone that helps regulate cell function within the body. Prostaglandins also help balance a hormone called androgen which can cause excess oil production, acne, blackheads and clogged pores.
You can get omega 3 fatty acids from oily cold water fish like salmon or tuna. The problem is eating too much fish in not recommended due to polluted waters. It's a shame isn't it? Vitamin E is another important vitamin for dry skin and skin cell renewal. Like vitamin A it helps keep skin hydrated and is an important anti-oxidant.
