Looking For the Best Wrinkle Reducer Cream ? Reverse The Cause Of Wrinkles Rather Than The Effects.

Wrinkle reduction. It's the goal of just about every woman as she grows older and starts to notice those fine lines and wrinkles on her face and even sagging skin under her chin. However buying the best wrinkle reducer cream is only tackling the effect, not the cause.
As you age your skin loses important skin properties and the formation of wrinkles is a result of this. As you age your skin starts to lose collagen and elastin, 2 essential skin protein very much involved in maintaining skin elasticity.
Skin elasticity is what keeps your skin in place and keeps your skin looking good. Both of these are important at keeping wrinkles away but as you age your skin is less able to stay healthy and elastic and so wrinkles arive.
The obvious thing to do is to increase the supply of collagen and elastin in the skin and this should reverse the wrinkles. In fact that is the best way of reducing wrinkles however most wrinkle reducer creams do not increase supplies of elastin and collagen in your skin.
If you take a bottle of a popular wrinkle reducing cream and look on the label will probably see collagen and elastin listed there. It would seem that this should be the best approach to wrinkle reduction but it is not in fact successful. It has been known to science for quite a long time that molecules of collagen and elastin are too large to get into your skin and just remain on the surface.
It would seem silly to put them there except for one thing. This allows companies that make wrinkle reducing creams to list collagen and elastin on the label and this helps sell thousands or millions of bottles of wrinkle reducing cremes.
But there is a way to help improve the levels of collagen and elastin skin and there are skin care products that will do this successfully. One range of natural skin care products does this very well. It combines a range of natural ingredients known to improve skin health and increase the skin supply of collagen and elastin. These ingredients are naturally occurring ingredients like essences of sheeps wool and seaweed and also a range of other natural oils such as Shea butter and Babassu oil and others. These products stimulate the skin to produce more elastin and collagen itself, thereby restoring skin health.
This tackles the cause of wrinkles, namely the loss of skin elasticity with age as skin loses collagen and elastin. By restoring better supplies of elastin and collagen skin health is improved, skin elasticity is improved and wrinkles, together with a range of other signs of skin ageing, are reduced and your skin will look healthier.
For some time a small niche natural skin care company has been making products that does this but this company cannot compete with the mainstream brands on television advertising and saturation television advertising is the way to sell skin care products and to get your product known. However despite this they have a growing extremely happy group of loyal customers who, after using the products, understand very well the power of these products at reducing wrinkles and restoring skin health.
So as you can see the very best wrinkle reducer cream tackles a cause of wrinkles, not the wrinkles themselves. These products improve skin elasticity and health and one of the major benefits is wrinkle reduction.

Tags: WrinklesThe Best Way To Choose The Wrong Anti Aging Skin Care Products
March 20, 2009 by Peter Clark · 1 Comment
The anti aging skin care products and cosmetics industries are huge businesses, turning over billions of dollars a year. There are lots of US women looking for solutions to looking younger and looking good, and plenty of big companies that take advantage of this.
But many mainstream anti aging skin care products just don't work. The cosmetics and skin care industry is quite unregulated in the US, and so the big cosmetics and skin care companies can put any product on the market without first proving that it works, and even without showing that it is safe for the people who use it.
So as well as the fact that many skin care products don't work they can contain dangerous ingredients.
But they sell in spades to cater to the desire of so many consumers to look younger, or at least to believe that they will look younger. And so there are hundreds of well known brand name products that promise all sorts of anti aging benefits everywhere you look.
So the challenge for the consumer is to navigate through all the hype and actually find a range of anti-aging skin care products that work and don't contain potentially dangerous ingredients.
Here's how not to choose good anti aging products.
1. Don't buy any skin care products that include fragrances in them. Now of course everyone likes to smell good, and the cosmetics companies pander to that, by adding fragrances to their products. Apply the cream and smell good and look young all at the same time.
But there's 2 problems. Firstly the skin care cream you're buying probably won't do very much to make you look younger.
Secondly, fragrances are not good chemicals to put on your skin. Because that's what they are, chemicals that smell good, and many of them aren't that good for you. It's the same with perfumes, for example, but if you apply a perfume it's only a small squirt on one spot, it's not massaged all over your face where it disappears, into your blood. So just use a perfume instead.
2. Don't buy anti aging skin care creams with collagen in them. Now we all know that as we age our skin loses collagen, so surely we need collagen replaced to combat the sagging and wrinkling and lines that come with skin aging?
Yes and no. Yes we need to replace that lost collagen, and no adding it to the bottles of anti-aging products like those moisturizers and day creams and night creams and so on doesn't work. It doesn't work because collagen molecules are too large to penetrate the skin, and so it just stays on the surface.
The best way to improve the collagen levels in your skin is to stimulate the body to produce more collagen itself.
So why is that collagen in the bottle, and why is that big name celebrity on TV telling you how much younger they look? Because the anti aging companies know that people buy the products if they have collagen in them, so they sell lots of bottles.
Even if it doesn't do anything for you. Even if it's got suspect ingredients. It will sell.
That's how these companies make so much money.
But all this fancy TV advertising costs a bomb, and the celebrity needs her huge cut.
So the anti aging skin care treatment that really doesn't do much costs a bomb too. But that's ok because people believe that if it's expensive it must be good. So they pay anyway.
And there's lots more things to avoid when choosing a good anti-aging skin care treatment. That's 2, for more visit my website.
So maybe you should just give up on anti-aging products because they don't work? No. There are excellent anti-aging products that work fine, are moderately priced and use ingredients known to be safe.
But they are produced by small niche companies that you've probably never heard of, who quietly produce high quality products at reasonable prices because they don't pay the good looking celebrities and spend up big on TV advertising. That's why you've never heard of them. If they started doing that their products would cost a bomb too.
But there's no need to despair. I've told you about some of the things you need to avoid when buying anti-aging skin care products. And that there are excellent alternatives. Now it's up to you. Find out more about natural skin care products on my website.
