To Treat Inverse Psoriasis — Never Add These Things To Your Drink!

A. Phosphoric Acid - Active Element In Most Sodas
Severe Health Effects of Phosphoric 'Acid':
* The phosphoric acid found in soft drinks combines with the minerals: calcium, magnesium and zinc. These minerals are afterward desposed of in the urine.
* Soda drinkers are liable to experience a shortage of vitamin A, and the minerals: calcium, magnesium and zinc. All these nutrients are INDISPENSABLE to the health of your skin!
* 'Acid' begins to dissolve tooth enamel in barely 20 minutes. Can you envisage what it is doing elsewhere in your body?
* Studies indicate that the 'acid' saps bones and skin of calcium, and ladies who drink more soft drinks have an added risk of broken bones.
* A primary contributor to the spiraling growth in osteoporosis.
Explicit recommendation: You should stay away from ALL pops, as a part of a healthy psoriasis diet.
Note: If you think Mountain Dew is a 'more healthy' choice - don't!! See nerdparadise .com - Science - Mountain Dew ... "sadly, the humor fails to mask the health effects of 'dewing' it".
B. Fluids With Sugars Added
The March 1993 printing of the TOWNSEND LETTER FOR DOCTORS supplied a checklist of ways in which 'added' sugar is considered to be detrimental to the health of your skin:
* immune system suppression - a no-no for each and every one with psoriasis
* decreases defenses against infection; reduces healing reaction
* leads to calcium, magnesium and zinc mineral deficiencies - important minerals for everybody, not just psoriasis sufferers
* promotes the onset of degenerative disease
If you enjoy sweeteners (not too much now!) then use unpasteurized honey, maple syrup or molasses - all alkaline, meaning they contain minerals.
C. Fluids Containing Artificial Sweeteners
1. Aspartame is the technological proper name for the brand names NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure.
Aspartame is reponsible for over 75 percent of the detrimental responses to food additives reported to the FDA, amongst them skin rashes. Contains Methanol (wood alcohol), a deadly poison.
Psoriasis patients - do not drink or eat anything at all containing this product.
2. Sucralose is formed by the selective 'chlorination' of sucrose. It is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is an inorganic compound not readily metabolized by the human body.
Sucralose is used in minute quantities in Splenda. It is so sweet that they have to add bulking agents (99% by weight) called Dextrose and Maltodextran (sugars) to those small packets we put in our coffee and tea. See health effects of sugars, above.
Over the long haul, the health effects of sucralose on individuals has yet to be determined. Psoriasis sufferers - stay away from it, and the 4500+ other items containing it!
