What Makes A Good Body Butter?

Having good eating habits is very important. We are reminded of this each time we read some magazines, watch TV, and on the billboard ads along the highway. We are reminded what we are supposed to eat, what exercise we have to do regularly, and the different vitamins that we should take. Sometimes when we do our shopping we take time to look on the labels of different items and see if it will be good for us.
We are always conscious of what we eat we tend to stay away to products that contains chemicals and preservatives since they will only harm the body. However do you consider taking a time to read the label of the products that you apply on your skin? I bet probably not. We never bother ourselves knowing the ingredients of the body lotion that we always use on our skin.
A good facial cream or body lotion should contain natural butters. Some examples of these good butters are kokum butter, shea butter, and cocoa butter.
kokum butter comes from garcinia tree. It is good for generating new cell in the skin. Aside from that it also repairs damage cells of the body. It also helps in making the skin more elastic and flexible.
Shea butter comes from karite tree. If you want a natural glowing skin, this butter is the best for you. Some cosmetics are made from this butter since it is water resistant and has a breathable film.
Cocoa butter is rich in vitamin E and is known for its antioxidant effect. This butter is used in aromatherapy massage since they have a calming effect and help in relaxation. Cocoa butter can be absorbed by the skin easily and can help hydrate the skin. It comes from the roasted seeds of the cacao tree.
Now that you know about these you now have to check the cover or label of your body care products and see if they contain natural and organic ingredients. We have to take care of our skin not only because they are the largest organ of the body but also because having a great skin can help us glow and stay young.
