I had chicken pox when I was very little, about 12 years old however i still have those embarrassing scars on my body mostly on my legs hence I never wear skirts or dresses and it would be my dream to one day wear a dress with no scars on my legs. I’m now 21, hopping that I can still find a solution to my hideous problem. The fact that I’m african-american also makes it difficult when trying to find a solution. I’ve tried everything that promises to rid me of these scars and marks e.g. fade creams, bleaching creams, chemical peels soaps gels the whole lot! Any suggestions? Hi. I had the chicken pox when I was in kidergarten and I scratched a few different places and have had three scars on my face, one on my forehead, the other two on opposoite sides of my face, just beside my eyes. I’m 36 years old and I’ve been living with three deep crater scars on my face since I had chickenpox at 14. I’ve had non-ablative laser surgery with little improvement. I have learned to ignore them, as there are much worse things in life to worry about. Luckily I’m not a movie star or model where my skin is my livelihood. But I have noticed several big stars with pock marks on their forehead where I have mine. It may make you feel better to take a close look at George Clooney, Leo DiCaprio, and Bruce Willis. If they can’t fix theirs with all the money they have, what chance do we have?

When I was 7 I had chicken pox, I am 12 now so I’ve been left with the chicken pox scars on my face, although they are quite small, they are slightly visible as they are by my eyes and other areas of my face. I find it very embarassing. I would love it if there was an effective, efficient product that can dissolve and clear these scars, but none of them seem to work. This is humiliating. I hope a product that actually works is invented soon.

I’m 26 yr old gal.I had chicken pox around 2 mnths before, leaving marks on Face.
One of them is slight deep, though I haven’t intentionally scratched it.
I’m using Hexilak gel from past 1 week.
Also, can I go for Home therapies ( coconut, lemon etc)
Turmeric gives pimples on my skin even before the disease.

i have had chickenpox for 6 years and still counting. i try picking them then it gets all dark and it makes it even worser. i look on the website for any solutions to this nightmare that i have but theres nothing there that i can afford because im only a child and it says “if you want this chicken pox scar removal cream please pay by debit/credit card” and i dont have an account yet so i cant get it and besides that i dont trust online so thats a no. once i tried covering it with make up but im a child and the makeup looks so bake so thats a no. i wanted to see the GP with my mum to see if theres any creams for it and we did go but my mum didnt ask for it instead she said to the GP please tell my child that the chickenpox sacrs cant go and what did the GP say no it cant go it’ll be there forever so thats a no ONCE AGAIN and i want someone to do with it now it just makes me feel depressed and disgraced because i am the only one at my secondary school that has it and i feel like i dont want to go out anywhere but i need my education but still… so please please please i aint gonna beg give me a brilliant solution for this problem i have. it would help me loads in my life and for many other stuff and i just want someone to know how i feel instead keeping it in because thats not good. knowing that im saying this online really does show that i am doing whatever its willing to take for my chickenpox to go as i hate online its risky.
